I was a Respiratory Therapist for thirteen years prior to joining Vapotherm. I have always had a passion for High Flow Therapy and have experienced from neonatal to adult the impact that it makes at the bedside. Representing Vapotherm allows me to share this passion and experience on to others in hopes of impacting a patient(s) life. I am a proud father of 3 boys and husband to an amazing wife. Spending time with my family is what I do for fun. When I get a daddy break, I do enjoy mountain biking in Pisgah National Forest where I live. Whitewater kayaking is another joy for me that I plan on getting back into with my three sons.

In my free time I like to travel, go to sporting events, and spend time with my family and friends. I'm proud to be working for a company that is dedicated to providing safe, effective, and efficient high velocity therapy.

I'm a farm girl turned city girl that is now traveling all over the Eastern part of the US. Love the Cincinnati Reds baseball and Ohio State Buckeyes football but will watch just about any sport. I have 3 fur babies…a doggie named Lexi and two kitties named Sammy and Zoey. They all are the same size and get along like typical siblings. Please don't judge me because my children are covered in fur and walk on four legs. In my spare time, I like to garden and have just started taking shooting lessons. I have been a respiratory therapist since 1990. I graduated with AAS in Respiratory Care in 1992, a BS in Health Science in 2008 and a MS in Respiratory Care Leadership in 2013. The majority of my clinical experience is with the pediatric population, but I have experience in all ages.

Being a Respiratory Therapist for the last 8 years has really changed my life and opened new doors. I never realized the true strength and measure of a human being until experiencing my patient's desire to live. Being able to share High Flow Therapy via Vapotherm as a Clinical Specialist is something I truly enjoy, and helping my facilities provide the best care for their patient population is not something I take for granted. In my spare time I enjoy working out, trying out new food places, hanging out at the beach, traveling, and racing my motorcycle. I am a complete adrenaline junkie and my motto in life is Race Your Life.

Respiratory Therapy has been the most fun world to be a part of for me. My experience as a Respiratory Therapist has been in Pediatric/Neonatal Intensive Care both inpatient and involving flight/ground transport as well as managing respiratory care for adult patients at a rehabilitation center. High Flow Therapy is far and away my favorite therapy and the opportunity to positively impact patient care and improve outcomes by sharing, educating and supporting clinicians is amazing! In my personal time I enjoy watching the Kansas City Royals, playing golf and going camping. I also enjoy any destination that has a beach!

I live in Bentonville, Arkansas with my husband and 3 teenagers. We moved to the area almost 7 years ago from Southern California, as soon as I had finished my RT program. I worked in 2 local hospitals and have been using the Precision Flow for the last 5 years in both the adult, pediatric, and neonatal care areas. I have always been a champion of the device and I am excited to be part of the Vapotherm team. I take pride in providing excellent patient care and believe that educating other health care providers is one important way of doing this. In my spare time I love doing anything with my husband and kids. My kids are very active; volleyball, basketball, cheer, and track so I'm really good at sitting in gym's! Since moving to Arkansas we make sure to make it to the Gulf Coast at least once a year for vacation. We love the water, sand, and the fishing.

I've been a Respiratory Therapist for 15 years. I've worked my entire career at the University Of Michigan Hospital. Although I've worked with all patient populations, the last 13 years I've spent working the majority of my time at Mott Children's Hospital in the Peds Cardiothoracic ICU. As a Respiratory Practitioner for the past 9 years, I have learned the importance of what It means to provide sincere, compassionate patient care. I am also a Cardiopulmonary Technician and member of the US Air Force. I have had the honor of seeing a different side of the Respiratory world. As a Critical Care Air Transport Team Therapist, I have had the honor of transporting and bringing home some of our heroes returning home that are in need of close critical care. My passion lies in education. I love the trauma, transport and critical thinking side of medicine, but my heart truly lies in being able to teach and educate clinicians, patients and their loved ones. Medicine is hard enough, I strive to simplify and find the ease and comfort in it. I am a father of 3, love to play baseball/ football and addicted to the gym. Thank you for choosing Vapotherm.

Having been in the medical field almost all of my adult life, being a Clinical Specialist for Vapotherm allows me the opportunity to learn from many different facilities and share that knowledge with others to ensure the best patient care and experience possible. In my personal time, I am a history buff and love reading and documentaries as well as international travel and enjoying my time share in Hawaii with my 14 year old cat, Zoey.

I have been a respiratory therapist for three years, primarily in the adult critical care side. The facility I work at was one of the first users of Vapotherm in 2001 and still a proud owner of the product where we use the device frequently. I have had the unique honor of submitting a success story of one of our patients who was recognized as one of Vapotherm's patient of the year in 2015. Helping people is my life's work, but I do enjoy my free time at the beach surfing and spending time with my children.

I live near Nashville, TN with my wife and we have one daughter who is a nurse practitioner in the Air Force and is currently living in Germany. I'm only a couple of months into my tenure at Vapotherm and love it so far. I believe that a person can't know too much and if I'm awake, I m learning. I enjoy riding my motorcycle, playing golf, hunting, fishing, playing on the 4-wheeler and floating a river when I have time. I have a master's degree in health services administration and I've been in many different positions as a respiratory therapist over a lot of years and have enjoyed it all. My mantra; If you can't breathe then nothing else matters.

I have been a respiratory therapist for 14 years, working with all patient populations…but my favorite would be pediatrics. I love the outdoors….hiking, biking, boating, gardening and summer time concerts. In the winter I enjoy skiing and traveling to the warm areas in the region. I think it's important to laugh several times a day, so don't be surprised if I try to make you laugh.

Prior to joining Vapotherm, I worked as a Respiratory Therapist for 6 years in adult critical care, and most recently, neonatal/pediatric critical care transport. Utilizing Vapotherm technology at the bedside allowed me to see the tremendous benefits and patient outcomes with high flow therapy. In 2015, I obtained my Master's degree in Respiratory Care Leadership with a concentration in Higher Education. My wife, Kiera, and I live about an hour south of Cleveland in a rural town. In my free time I enjoy our 2 rescue dogs, Julius and Wendy, playing piano, and spending time with friends and family.

I have been a Respiratory Therapist since 1995 with experience primarily in critical and emergency care in adult and pediatric populations. My exposure to Vapotherm came while working as an emergency room therapist in a Chicago suburban hospital in 2001 where I utilized the therapy on adult patients. After authoring one of the first articles on the use of HFT in 2002, I left the hospital and came to Vapotherm full time where I have found great pleasure in working with healthcare professionals from around the world in utilizing this advanced respiratory therapy. I currently live in Tennessee with my wife and two boys, the youngest of which is a Vapotherm baby. Having been on both sides of the stethoscope, I make it a priority to help our customers provide High Flow Therapy to their patients the best way possible.

I have more than 20 years' experience in the field of respiratory care, having worked at some of the most respected medical centers in San Diego and Denver prior to moving to North Carolina. I golf, hike and my digestive system can only stomach watching the Broncos when they are winning (and maybe never again in a Super Bowl.). I have been married to my wife Kim for 10 amazing years. She made me marry her twice just to be sure it sticks. I have two amazing children, Jade (22) graduated from Colorado State University in 2014 and Connor (21) is a junior studying accounting and entrepreneurial management at Chapman University in Orange, CA.
